Thanks for using the iPHODflashlight(r), the following are some tips:

White is the brightest, yellow is almost as bright and it is better for reading text. Red is easier on the eyes but not very bright, although against certain colors like a silver lock it might work the best. Try clicking the "+" to add the color you prefer most to your home screen.
